PRIVATE TRAINING
Private one on one sessions will give you the highest level of client focus & instruction. Private training sessions gives clients a highly customized workout suited to specific fitness levels, goals & enjoyment.
 
In Person
Package of 4, 60 minute sessions: starting at $280
Online
Package of 4, 30 minute sessions: $140
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Semi private training (2 people) gives clients the benefit of receiving a focused workout, while enjoying the motivation from working out with a friend or family member. 
 
In Person
Package of 4, 60 minute sessions: starting at $160 per person
Online
Package of 4, 30 minute sessions: $80 per person

GROUP TRAINING (Online October through March)

Small group (3 or more people) training provides clients with a motivating group atmosphere. Group training is meant to challenge you, add some fun to working out & will offer you a community of support. Classes are limited to 10 people.

 

MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS, 5:50-6:30pm: $18 per class paid in full monthly, or $20 single class

 
WELLNESS CONSULTING
One on one wellness consulting helps clients facilitate, develop & monitor an at home wellness plan. Wellness consulting provides clients with information on how to improve physical & mental health, prevent disease & modify negative health behaviors through ongoing sessions.  Lauren provides clients with guidance to understand goals & challenges, provide weekly motivation, build commitment to an overall healthier lifestyle & make necessary long term lifestyle changes to achieve optimal health. This is not a one size fits all program. Each client will work with Lauren to discover their own definition of health. Lauren understands the importance of a balanced life & will give you the tools necessary to achieve your best self.  
 
60 minute consultation: $150. Clients will be required to complete a 1 week food log prior to consultation and a health and fitness questionnaire. 
Follow up 30 minute check in consultation: $30 per session
