Private one on one sessions will give you the highest level of client focus & instruction. Private training sessions gives clients a highly customized workout suited to specific fitness levels, goals & enjoyment.
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Semi private training gives clients the benefit of receiving a focused workout, while enjoying the motivation from working out with a friend or family member.
Small group (3 or more people) training provides clients with a motivating group atmosphere. Group training is meant to challenge you, add some fun to working out & will offer you a community of support.
One on one wellness coaching helps clients facilitate, develop & monitor an at home wellness plan. Wellness coaching provides clients with information on how to improve health, prevent disease & modify negative health behaviors through ongoing check in sessions. Lauren connects with clients to understand goals & challenges, provide weekly motivation and helps build commitment to an overall healthier lifestyle.

I understand that things come up & will do my best to accommodate you.
Appointments will begin on time. If you are unable to arrive promptly for your scheduled time, your appointment will still end at your original scheduled appointment time.
All prepaid training sessions are to be used within a 1 month period. Sessions will not carry over.
Payment is due on or before your scheduled appointment.
You may schedule your appointments for the month, once payment has been received. Appointments will be booked on a first come first serve basis.
All sales are final. No refunds.
Clients may cancel/reschedule an appointment provided that a minimum of 4 hours notice is given. Failure to give 4 hour notice, or a no show, will result in a missed session & you will be charged in full for that session.
Workouts cannot be rescheduled/made up. You must commit to the program schedule. No exceptions.
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure Wi-Fi is working properly prior to each session. All connectivity issues will be the responsibility of the participant. Each class will begin & end on time. No exceptions.
